Happy Birthday ITSAZOO!

Posted on Mar 17, 2011

Today ITSAZOO turns 5.  Wow, they do grow up quickly!  That means that 5 years ago today ITSAZOO was officially incorporated as a non-profit society.  We’re going to be celebrating with a little fete especially for this very special company but I thought it would be nice to celebrate blog-style with a bit of a walk down memory lane.  Here are some photos from the last five years that bring a smile to my face and remind me of all the amazing adventures we’ve had in the zoo.

The curtain call from A Midsummer Night's Dream – our very first outdoor promenade production

Colby Wilson and Jason Moldowan as Dee and Dum in our promenade production of Alice in Wonderland.

Hansel and Gretel from Grimm Tales

Sebastien Archibald in Casualties of Progress – our first show after arriving in Vancouver in 2008

On tour in Tofino with Death of a Clown in 2009

at a Robin Hood rehearsal in Queen Elizabeth Park – summer 2010

It has been an amazing 5 years and we can’t wait to see what happens in the next 5!
